missing cash back
I have to submit claims to get my cash back . I do many purchases from nisbets but 90% of cash back was missing. There must be some issues, I change to Chrome which topcash recommended but still the same.

Lost a repeat customer for sake of a couple of quid
I really don't like underhanded tricks but these guys used them on me. Purchase was made via TCB and show in the account. Then declined. After appeal, they claim they couldn't 'find the transaction'. And that's somehow my fault? Last time I use Nisbets.
