	I recently purchased a Ninja product I recently purchased a Ninja product that was advertised with a £50 cashback offer. I followed all the required steps to submit my claim. However, after completing the process, I was asked for additional information. When I attempted to log in to track my claim and submit the requested code, I never received the login email. This has made it very difficult — and so far impossible — to receive the promised cashback. The process feels unnecessarily complicated, and the technical issues have prevented me from completing my claim despite meeting all the requirements. I hope Ninja can review and improve this promotion process so that customers can receive their cashback easily and without these barriers.

	Cashback declined My cashback has been declined. I reported it to TCB but to no avail. Won’t buy from them ever again

	Always decline cashback I honestly don't know why I bother going through TCB for Ninja. I've bought multiple Ninja items and they have rejected cashback every single time. no reason given. At this point it would be as well to say that Ninja, despite saying otherwise, do not do cashback. if you have managed to get cashback from them, good job, you're one of the lucky ones, as you can see from the long list of one star reviews from the 154 left on this site. I'm pretty sure TCB should be able to track the decline percentage, and remove Ninja if they are just going to decline everything. Good products, crap at tracking and giving cashback.

	Cashback Declined Myself and my colleague bought from Ninja via Topcashback. Both cashback was declined with no real reason given. I think Topcashback need to review Ninja bring on their website as judging by all of the review there are many in the same boat. Disappointing.

	Cashback declined Despite Ninja acknowledging that I clicked through from TCB, they still declined the cashback. Read the other reviews and don't expect to receive any cashback from this retailer.

	Cashback always declined! Made multiple large purchases over the last couple of years and had the cashback declined on every occasion, with no reason given. Appealing never makes a difference. No point having this retailer on TCB as they don't pay out.

	Declined cashback twice Made 2 large purchases and was declined cashback for both. I only bought them direct from Ninja because I thought I was going to get the cashback. I could have bought them cheaper elsewhere as it turned out. Topcashback shouldn't allow companies like this to mislead people.

	Declined cashback despite adhering to terms Ninja denied the cashback because I used the newsletter signup code which is allowed according to the cashback terms. Ninja cannot be trusted. Will not be using again.

	Don’t waste your time! Absolutely pointless using Ninja through TCB. Made a substantial purchase through their site, which didn’t clash with any exclusions and my cash back was declined. Avoid!

	Rejected claim I saw the offer through cashback and decided that the price was ok for me so I decided to order. Little did it ever cross my mind to doubt that my claim will be rejected what a scam! Do not recommend
