TopCashback members who have provided us with reviews having ordered groceries from Morrisons seem very pleased with the prompt delivery service provided. “Of all supermarket deliveries, I have found Morrisons the cleanest and always on time” is just one of the comments which have resulted in them receiving an overall four-star rating on our site, while one member mentions a driver who was running ahead of schedule and called them to ask if it would be okay to arrive early.

The good prices and great bargains offered are also highlighted, while one member sums up their experience by saying: “Their website works well, their deliveries are on time and their drivers are courteous and helpful.” Some members do say that their cashback either did not track or was initially declined, but that these issues were quickly resolved.

Comments such as “always striving for the best customer service and getting it right for the customer” have helped them achieve a three-star Truspilot rating. Morrisons are commended for being especially good if you have dietary requirements and having drivers who go the extra mile, while one person who has left a positive review describes them as “by far the best online grocery delivery service”.

Hit and miss
The cashback always tracks fine initially. However, more often than not Morrisons then decline the cashback for no reason. It only works around around a third of the time.

Never tracks! Lost out on money due TCB's claim cut-off time...
Never tracks despite trying several methods. The claims I've put in have always been successful but take several months. Sometimes I forget to comeback here to put in a claim, in those cases I've lost money, as I can no longer claim, as their dates aren't listed due to TCB's claim cut-off time.

Cash back NEVER tracks
i have been using top cash back for many years now and i do my weekly shop with morrisons and every single time i have to do a missing cashback claim which is really inconvenient as I'm sure ive missed a multiple cashbacks due to it not registering then have to wait months for the retailer to process the missing cashback claim there has not been one time it tracked my shop over the past 2 years it needs to be sorted out ASAP as all other purchases with other retailers go through and show up within a few hours a big retailer like morrisons should have this cashback tracked and instantly recorded to stop the extra admin for everyone and give customers their cashback and nit make it so hard for cashback to be tracked - it needs to be looked into ASAP

Inefficient cashback link
Despite going through Topcashback every time I shop with Morrisons I always have to use the missing cashback system. They also take a long time before they give payment.

Never Tracks.
No complaints re delivery or quality. Occasional mistakes but to be expected. However regarding cashback forget it. Never tracks, Disappointing.

Terrible
Everytime I shop online with Morrisons (regardless of which site I use) always have to go the extra mile and put in a claim. Well they have the 3 strikes now, so I'm out. Plenty of choice and great offers from the competition via TCB.

EVERY time I shop with Morrisons, I have to do a missing cashback claim! Apparently, they have a good tracking record, according to their TopCashback statistics, with reviews by other customers, but I have NEVER had this experience myself. Having to try to remember to do a missing cashback claim, every time, is really inconvenient for me as I am a sole carer, 24/7 to a parent with dementia and many physical illnesses and disabilities, hence having the groceries delivered to home, because Mum can’t be left, but physically going shopping is not an option. It’s too stressful & frightening for Mum. I just really wish I didn’t have to do missing cashback claims every single time.

Continual difficulty in receiving Topcashback from Morrisons
I regularly order goods online from Morrisons after always going through Topcashback. Nine times out ten I have to put in a claim to receive cash back. The service I receive from Topcashback to process this claim is excellent, I just wonder why Morrisons is so reluctant to pay up when other companies are so swift and efficient, especially eBay.

Cashback takes forever to be credited to account
I shop regularly with Morrisons and checking my account none of the cash back has been released and available to access in my account. Not really sure why I am bothering to be honest. I shouldn't have to go in and chase up each individual transaction.
