TopCashback members who have provided us with reviews having ordered groceries from Morrisons seem very pleased with the prompt delivery service provided. “Of all supermarket deliveries, I have found Morrisons the cleanest and always on time” is just one of the comments which have resulted in them receiving an overall four-star rating on our site, while one member mentions a driver who was running ahead of schedule and called them to ask if it would be okay to arrive early.

The good prices and great bargains offered are also highlighted, while one member sums up their experience by saying: “Their website works well, their deliveries are on time and their drivers are courteous and helpful.” Some members do say that their cashback either did not track or was initially declined, but that these issues were quickly resolved.

Comments such as “always striving for the best customer service and getting it right for the customer” have helped them achieve a three-star Truspilot rating. Morrisons are commended for being especially good if you have dietary requirements and having drivers who go the extra mile, while one person who has left a positive review describes them as “by far the best online grocery delivery service”.

Not once has the purchase tracked since I've been ordering through topcashback, I've had to put a claim in every time. After reading the most recent reviews I'm not holding my breath that any of the cashback will be paid. TCB should remove them as a retailer if they never pay out.

cashback tracks quickly but never gets paid. Just seen all cashback from the past few months has been declined and no idea why. Don't get your hopes up that you will receive any cashback from this retailer.

I've been an old customer of Morrison's for years, but the overall experience is not good. After the repeatedly occurred missing and damage and declined refund requests, I have decided not to do online shopping with Morrisons any more. Be aware that if you get your purchased item missed or damaged, they will not refund anyway, either by ignoring refund request or requiring something that you usually are not able to provide, like photos of the damaged food (which people usually would get rid of it at the first time). Compared with other online supermarkets, Morrison's customer service is much poorer. It is difficult to find where to put a request or complain, and the response is usually to push the problem back to you again, saying that they will make improvements to make sure things like this will not happen again.

My cashback tracked then showed on my account for weeks before being declined for no reason. I paid almost £5 delivery, thinking the cashback would offset this as first try of this supermarket and a lot was out of stock and not even delivered.

Livid. As a new customer I took advantage of the cashback and the associated tcb offer. Cashback declined, no reason given. Very poor. My first, and frankly last online order from Morrisons.

My shop didn't track, and when reported it to Top Cashback they asked for an order number. I gave them the order number, but it didn't begin with a '3'. Despite paperwork from Morrisons telling me the order no, it wasn't the right one. I went to Morrisons direct and they would not deal with me because I had done the transaction through a third party. I tried a few times, but kept getting fobbed off. So no cashback from Morrisons - not impressed!
