was tracking at £42 cashback for 3 months the a month before it was to be claimed it went to o.oo. couldnt make a missing cashback claim because it was over 100 days old. NOT HAPPY!!!

My policy started today however the cashback for pet insurance is tracked at £0.00. I am wondering when the £60.60 will show. That's half the reason I took this insurance, hope it tracks soon or I'll be raising a complaint with More Than.

I am not happy at all with this company. I purchased two products from them home and contents insurance and pet insurance. The contents and home insurance cover tracked but it said I wouldnt get anything for up to 90 days ok then. The pet insurance didnt and I have lodged a request for this. Then last month I was told that I wasnt entitled to any cashback on the home insurance and no one knows why.... It is now over 100 days old so I cannot open a claim and have heard nothing about the pet insurance. A complete waste of time - thought I was saving money but has now cost me more - will never use more than again.....

A big con, go through to site and it does not let you purchase your product, from the reviews on the site im not sure why it is still being promoted. Avoid at all costs if you want cashback from the retailer!

Bought home insurance in December 2011 cashback still has not tracked and even worse Topcashback appears to have done nothing to chase it. Disappointing since I currently have two claims which have failed to track. Last time I had this problem Topcashback were quick to resolve it, hope they're not becoming complacent.

Purchased home insurance on the promise of £50.50 cash back. It tracked and appeared fairly quickly, although there was 3 to 4 month wait for the cash. When it was getting close to payment time, I noticed that the amount in my earnings have changed to £0. I tried to make a claim, but was informed that as it was over 100 days since I have made the purchase, they are unable to chase the claim! So beware!!

Cashback was to be paid 5 months after purchas, £50.00 i was expecting. Then 6 weeks before i was go get it, it was declined. no reasoning for this. i couldnt even try and claim it back as i was outwith the 100days from purchase.

Bought a pet insurance policy in August, tracked ok. Was due to be payable in february but surprise surprise no sign of it! It's now almost 7 months since I made my purchase. I knew when I did the average payment was 6 months but if they had told me 7 or 8 months I wouldn't have bothered.
Won't be using more than again.

Well, I have had enough. This merchant is a nightmare as far as 'cashback', or lack of it is concerned. Purchased pet insurance policy on 3 AUGUST 2011 and, although it did track ok, it showed cashback as being payable on 31 January 2012. Ok, fair enough i thought. 31 January came and went, no cashback. Then it showed as payable 29 February. Guess what? NO CASHBACK! On viewing other comments here, this merchant has a long history of this. So policy being cancelled today. However, I blame top cash back 100%! They are aware of problems with this merchant, but continue to offer 'deals' from morethan. I will be reporting this to the relevant authority. Be warned, you will wait an age for cashback from this merchant! If you get it at all!

I bought 3 pet insurances policies all through the cashback link. Only 2 of them initially tracked, then were subsequently declined. Put in a claim for all 3 but seems to have gone nowhere as they still show as declined. Looking at the tracking statistics of 96% failed to track, I wouldn't have bothered. Avoid this offer as the chances are (96%) that it won't track and you will not get your cashback!

Always found tcb site great. However, i am not impressed with morethan. The amounts are totally different to the amount offered when you purchase and there is still no sign of them actually even acknowledging the cashback let alone paying out even though i paid the full annual premium on the date purchased in october. Morethans loss though because now the home insurance is also due and another car next month so they can whistle. By comparison have found sheila's wheels excellent.

This retailer promised £50 cash back on a pet insurance policy i took out in AUGUST 2011. To date, no cash back has been received. I will give them to the end of this month and if no cash back is forthcoming I shall simply cancel the policy and go elsewhere. I must point out though that having read most of the reviews on here regarding this merchant it would appear that many people have had significant problems getting cash back from this merchant. Therefore the problem lies more with Top Cash Back for allowing this to continue unchecked. This experience will certainly put me off using Top Cash Back again. My advice? Avoid !!!!

I chose this company because of the cashback offer however, I did not receive the cashback promised. They were so slow in progressing the transaction that it was passed the deadline for me to put in a claim against the non payment. I would not recommend this merchant for cashback.

More than are a NIGHTMARE, my cash back initially tracked at 50.50, after 2 months amount payable went down to zero. TCB have been helpfull and are resubmitting a claim for £35 which apparently should have been the amount , disppointed as they now say could take several months before i get any monies from More Than.. have never had a problem with any other purchases
