I have bought dog food from Monster Pet supplies twice recently. It is competitively priced and delivery is quick. Cash back paid within 2 weeks. Cannot fault and I will be shopping with them again.

I'm leaving feedback for a second time as I am so impressed with this merchant. Excellent prices for sacks of dog food, delivery is included, and the cashback tracks, confirms and pays very quickly indeed. Customer service at Monster is excellent and it's a nice website to use. Delivery was 100% perfect this time. I'll be buying from them regularly.

Didnt track at first but that was corrected quickly after opening a claim and it became payable very fast. Pleased with purchase even though delivery was delayed due to one item not being available. Would of been better if they had informed me of this instead of waiting until i contacted them. Prices are very competitive.

Spent over £90 with the retailer, cashback tracked but then declined a few weeks later, note from TopCashBack on the earnings screen 'Unfortunately we aren't able to look into missing cashback claims for this retailer'. Pretty poor given I would have ordered from them again.

unable to give zero stars, so I was forced to give 1. Utter garbage. Spent £14.37 on pet meds and they refused my claim as "apparently" I hadnt done it through TCB, even though my order was placed literally a couple of minutes after the recorded referral. Getting fed up of companies squirming out of paying by using this tactic, as it is impossible to prove otherwise.
