Doesn’t track properly
Same as above. Shows up as broadband and even though I did get the two payouts originally it took a long time. If it doesn’t track you have to wait six months. No idea whether account has to be active in that time. So the latest one I’ve done won't be released until 9th May no idea whether it will track or not but as my offer has ended I’ll be moving to another network. Better of with Uswitch as it tracks better and only a 3 month wait if it doesn’t track.

Doesn't track propoerly and when it does, it takes a long time!
For some reason, the Moneysupermarket.com mobile shows up as the broadband site on the cashback and takes an age to get the payout!

don't hold your breathe for cashback
purchase made & tracked in June '23, yet still no payment or update mid Feb '24...so, based on experience, don't expect cashback - nor help from TCB to chase (as nothing has been done to chase). Would give Zero star rating if possible
