	Avoid, don't pay I had my cashback declined despite it tracking and the policy remaining in force still. I would not recommend using this merchant and it's very poor they do this when the name is connected to Martin Lewis who I doubt would approve of this scam. They don't even deserve the 1 star I've had to give to leave a review.

	Third time with MoneySupermarket I've had an issue (I should learn) This transaction has not racked correctly. The answer from TCB 'On Ice. We will automatically submit this to the merchant after 30 Dec 23' That's right 23 Dec before anything is even looked at. I think the time has come to skip the cashback sites, and seek lesser rewards with more reliability of collecting them.

	Have been waiting since febuary 2022 Still not heard a word back from them and there was nothing on the merchant page that states that it will take 529 days and counting to receive acknowledgement.

	Does not pay out Does not pay out cashback. Have bought two insurances through MoneySuperMarket and they've not paid either. Put in tickets for both and not heard a thing. Will not use them again.

	After reading the reviews I thought that I wouldnt receive any cashback. However, shortly after I was credited my cashback. Very pleased, will be using them again!

	Bought car insurance through Moneysupermarket 16th December, then read the reviews! Was extremely concerned because of negative reviews but those concerns unfounded. Immediately tracked cashback showing at £0. £33 confirmed two days ago. Not payable yet but relieved that cashback confirmed. Happy days!

	Absolutely screwed over by MoneySuperMarket. Used them to take out my car insurance in my Car insurance in March. Was due to get £35 cashback, my balance stayed £0.00 until today (27/09) when they declined my cashback. Because they've took over 100 days to look at it I can't now lodge an appeal as it's too old. Please everyone use other comparison companies, much more reliable!

	I got my car insurance 26th September, nothing tracked so I logged a missing cash back claim on the 4th October and have just had numerous 'we are still looking into this'. So yeah don't use money supermarket.

	It took a few days for the cashback to track. It tracked as zero cashback and £1 purchase amount until it uplifted upon confirmation 103 days later. Became payable 50 days after that.

	Complete waste of time. Don't expect your valid cashback to track and when you query it through tab customer care they take (in my case) 7 months to come back to say they can't trace in spite of providing them with evidence. They may as well be honest and just tell you that any promised cashback is just bogus. One star is too much.Avoid!

	1 year and 7 days later I’ve finally got my £25, good luck everyone else in getting yours as it takes a lot of hassle they even closed my case and was then reopened. It shouldn’t be this much hassle to get your money I certainly won’t be going through them again

	So 12 months on and still being messed around by all, don’t bother wasting your time opening a case for it as you will just be fobbed off all the time and get sweet FA at the end of it! It’s an absolute disgrace money supermarket shouldn’t be allowed to be on here when the feedback clearly shows only 3 people got their money!!

	Out of 15 reviews only 3 have got their money, a complete Con leaving 12 with nothing! On the 27th December I will have been waiting 12 months for nothing. I would never go through money supermarket ever again not for nothing no matter how much cheaper they were after this! It’s about time Topcashback acted upon people’s reviews and the amount of cases open for untracked claim by them! Totally let down by TopCashBack allowing this them to continue to con people into thinking they will get their money when they won’t!

	You won’t get nothing out of these, just liars & scammers. Nearly 12 months and been fed all sorts of nonsense and still nothing along with god knows how many others. Feedback for them says it all AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
