	ANOTHER NONE PAYMENT ???? Nearly 12 months now ,is this going to be another MoneySuperMarket cashback claim not paid. Bought car insurance on 9/06/23.Did not appear in my dashboard so put a claim in on the19/6/23.Was told it would be put ' on ice' as ther was a validation period of 180 days, which is fine.Get a mesage on 9/12/23 saying it was now able to be submitted,agian fine.Another message on 9/1/24 saying it had now been submitted, for some reason this took a month to happen even after waiting the previous 6 months. As i had heard nothing i have nudged on the 13/3/24 the 1/5/24 and now the 31/5/24.As i say nearly 12 months now and nothing.Renewal is due soon, will not be using MoneySuperMarket again!.

	Do not use them. They don’t pay out. Regardless of providing policy numbers etc. stupidly used them 3 times, car, house and holiday insurance and not paid out a penny.

	Moneysupermarket are scammers - avoid Declined my cashback a 7 months later on car insurance. There was no reason for it to be declined. I meet all the terms and conditions. Best avoided!

	No cash back awarded, rejected claim As titled, refused claim and looking at the reviews don't pay out so won't be using them again.

	never payed out as usual ,after buying car insurance never payed out as usual ,after buying car insurance and also submitted a manual claim , got zero so don't rely on for any payouts . zero

	Poor/No Cashback Payment for Car Insurance I have used Money Supermarket for a number of years however I always have to raise a query about my cashback for Car Insurance not being paid. One cashback claim took 9 months to be paid. Poor Service. My last cashback claim was February 2023 however it was logged with the correct details but was never paid out as the retailer could not find it. I've used them again January, 2024 and I will update this comment with my cashback being paid or NOT.

	Despite correct criteria still no acknowledgment of cashback Took out car insurance in February and is now being reviewed again by them as transaction recognized but no cashback allotted. How they get away with I don't know but will not use again as other comparison sites I've discovered are better. Shan't hold my breath. Beware

	Money Supermarket cashback not honoured I purchased car insurance in Oct 2022 via Money Supermarket. In Feb 2023 the £33 cashback promised in the promotional on their website still hadn’t been honoured despite having an email from them saying my purchase had been recorded. They said I needed to lodge a missing claim through Top Cashback - why couldn’t they sort it! During the next 8 months Top Cashback attempted to get a response from Money Supermarket. This week (Oct 2023) I emailed Top Cashback again and because of the length of time it has taken, they offered me the £33 as a goodwill gesture instead. I will not use Money Supermarket again - I am tired of big companies promising something and then not delivering. If I failed to do something I’d promised I’d most likely be taken to Court but somehow big companies can get away with it. These days I have no time for empty promises and so choose to take my business elsewhere - perhaps if we all did that they’d sit up & listen! If I was allowed to avoid putting any stars at all, I would. Thank you to Top Cashback for all your help.

	Additional Comment I have just posted a very positive review for this retailer and out of interest read the other reviews some of which were dreadful but looked to date back a couple of years so I can only surmise things have improved. I just want to confirm that the two insurances I took out via Moneysupermarket became payable after approx 8 weeks which I consider to be super quick ! Initially the cashback tracks at £0.00 which makes you doubtful it will come to fruition but both times my cashback has confirmed at the correct amount and then very quickly after that has become payable.
