	Dishonest and unhelpful I'm losing faith with Topcashback given the number of times I have to chase dishonest companies and here's yet another example. One star and yet they are still allowed to offer their service in a false fashion. Offered to discuss after a critical review on Trustpilot but not genuine in their attempt to solve insurance I bought in September. Avoid if you actually would like to get cashback; not so very Top at the moment, more like Tripe.

	Very Apprehensive Purchased car insurance 27th Mat 2024, did not track. Tried to submit a missing cashback ack claim this morning but received a message "it is not possible to submit a missing cashback claim from this merchant". Had forgotten I have had problems with Moneysupermarket in the past. Wish I had read the many negative reviews and remembered my previous bad experience, I would certainly not have used this site. Why do they offer cashback and then not pay it? My advice - do not use, choose another insurance provider!!

	DON`T USE THEM I tried multiple times to make sure it will track my trasaction but as soon as i get my quote tracking disapperaed. I am sure they aware about this but trying to con customers.

	ANOTHER NONE PAYMENT ???? Nearly 12 months now ,is this going to be another MoneySuperMarket cashback claim not paid. Bought car insurance on 9/06/23.Did not appear in my dashboard so put a claim in on the19/6/23.Was told it would be put ' on ice' as ther was a validation period of 180 days, which is fine.Get a mesage on 9/12/23 saying it was now able to be submitted,agian fine.Another message on 9/1/24 saying it had now been submitted, for some reason this took a month to happen even after waiting the previous 6 months. As i had heard nothing i have nudged on the 13/3/24 the 1/5/24 and now the 31/5/24.As i say nearly 12 months now and nothing.Renewal is due soon, will not be using MoneySuperMarket again!.

	Do not use them. They don’t pay out. Regardless of providing policy numbers etc. stupidly used them 3 times, car, house and holiday insurance and not paid out a penny.

	Moneysupermarket are scammers - avoid Declined my cashback a 7 months later on car insurance. There was no reason for it to be declined. I meet all the terms and conditions. Best avoided!

	No cash back awarded, rejected claim As titled, refused claim and looking at the reviews don't pay out so won't be using them again.

	never payed out as usual ,after buying car insurance never payed out as usual ,after buying car insurance and also submitted a manual claim , got zero so don't rely on for any payouts . zero

	Poor/No Cashback Payment for Car Insurance I have used Money Supermarket for a number of years however I always have to raise a query about my cashback for Car Insurance not being paid. One cashback claim took 9 months to be paid. Poor Service. My last cashback claim was February 2023 however it was logged with the correct details but was never paid out as the retailer could not find it. I've used them again January, 2024 and I will update this comment with my cashback being paid or NOT.

	Despite correct criteria still no acknowledgment of cashback Took out car insurance in February and is now being reviewed again by them as transaction recognized but no cashback allotted. How they get away with I don't know but will not use again as other comparison sites I've discovered are better. Shan't hold my breath. Beware

	Money Supermarket cashback not honoured I purchased car insurance in Oct 2022 via Money Supermarket. In Feb 2023 the £33 cashback promised in the promotional on their website still hadn’t been honoured despite having an email from them saying my purchase had been recorded. They said I needed to lodge a missing claim through Top Cashback - why couldn’t they sort it! During the next 8 months Top Cashback attempted to get a response from Money Supermarket. This week (Oct 2023) I emailed Top Cashback again and because of the length of time it has taken, they offered me the £33 as a goodwill gesture instead. I will not use Money Supermarket again - I am tired of big companies promising something and then not delivering. If I failed to do something I’d promised I’d most likely be taken to Court but somehow big companies can get away with it. These days I have no time for empty promises and so choose to take my business elsewhere - perhaps if we all did that they’d sit up & listen! If I was allowed to avoid putting any stars at all, I would. Thank you to Top Cashback for all your help.

	Additional Comment I have just posted a very positive review for this retailer and out of interest read the other reviews some of which were dreadful but looked to date back a couple of years so I can only surmise things have improved. I just want to confirm that the two insurances I took out via Moneysupermarket became payable after approx 8 weeks which I consider to be super quick ! Initially the cashback tracks at £0.00 which makes you doubtful it will come to fruition but both times my cashback has confirmed at the correct amount and then very quickly after that has become payable.

	Still awaiting cashback uplift Initially disappeared from my cashback tracking list but upon lodging an issue this did reappear, although still showing as £0.00. Only used the comparison site as it meant that once cashback was received it would be a saving compared to my renewal price. I'm now unsure if it will uplift and unable to lodge another investigation as I've already requested one for this transaction. I won't be using this comparison site again as my experience of others has been far more reliable.

	Avoid, don't pay I had my cashback declined despite it tracking and the policy remaining in force still. I would not recommend using this merchant and it's very poor they do this when the name is connected to Martin Lewis who I doubt would approve of this scam. They don't even deserve the 1 star I've had to give to leave a review.

	Third time with MoneySupermarket I've had an issue (I should learn) This transaction has not racked correctly. The answer from TCB 'On Ice. We will automatically submit this to the merchant after 30 Dec 23' That's right 23 Dec before anything is even looked at. I think the time has come to skip the cashback sites, and seek lesser rewards with more reliability of collecting them.

	After reading the reviews I thought that I wouldnt receive any cashback. However, shortly after I was credited my cashback. Very pleased, will be using them again!

	Bought car insurance through Moneysupermarket 16th December, then read the reviews! Was extremely concerned because of negative reviews but those concerns unfounded. Immediately tracked cashback showing at £0. £33 confirmed two days ago. Not payable yet but relieved that cashback confirmed. Happy days!

	Absolutely screwed over by MoneySuperMarket. Used them to take out my car insurance in my Car insurance in March. Was due to get £35 cashback, my balance stayed £0.00 until today (27/09) when they declined my cashback. Because they've took over 100 days to look at it I can't now lodge an appeal as it's too old. Please everyone use other comparison companies, much more reliable!
