Disappointing, it’s clear they never uphold cashback claims, wouldn’t even recommend staying with them as the stay wasn’t that great, terrible service and now they refuse the cashback claim. Typical.

Followed all the correct process, used no vouchers or codes. Then they have refused the payout. Junk!

Did not pay cashback
I booked 4 rooms through top cashback and NH Hotels declined the payment without any further explanation. Don't factor cashback into your decision to book with this company, if you were going to book with them anyway then it's worth a try but otherwise go with someone else.
They also took months to respond when I queried why I didn't receive the payment.
