	Booked hotel in September, stayed in October, still waiting for payout in January. dashboard now says 'payable in 21 weeks - that's poor. So it looks like I have to wait until March - doubtful if they will actually pay. Definitely avoid this one.

	Booking made in January for a holiday in April. Cashback not received until June. Be prepared to wait for your £££ back.

	Initially tracked but then would not pay out. I definitely stayed at the hotel in Hanoi after booking on Melia site, so no good reason for this. Wouldn't use again.

	I did receive my cashback from Melia, it was payable after 3-4 months. It was less than I expected, for some reason the tracked amount is a couple of hundred pounds less than I paid.

	Terrible shows on my cashback account not confirmed stayed at the hotel in may contacted tcb with my invoice number to prove i stayed there and they reckon they can't help
