Very slow….will it pay? Is it a scam?
Insurance purchased 4 Jan 2025. 8 week payout stated in terms. Now 18 Sep and nothing! Topcashback customer service states there is nothing they can or will do to chase….many of these cash back deals are handled by middle men. So it’s stuck in limbo. This seems to be a recurring issue….even though all ‘conditions’ biting these products are met. No idea if insurance policy is any good, fortunately haven’t needed to claim yet.
