Declined cash back
Traded in a phone for a 8.50 cashback reward. Mazuma accepted and paid me the value of the device successful but declined the cashback value with no resolution.

Awful from start to finish
They were a nightmare to deal with and could never answer a straightforward question. I had issues getting payment for my handset, which was in perfect condition and sent in the original box with all the paperwork they requested. They then declined my cashback. They took ages to reply to my appeal, and then the appeal got rejected. They used to be a great company—now there are a lot better ones out there.

Dodgy Risky company!
Be very careful offered me atrocious price for my phone and then when it was time to return the phone they sent a empty box *Missing* and pass the book on to royal mail and refused to help will be seeking legal advice!

They have NO intention of paying cashback
Mazuma USED to be the go to company for trading in mobile phones. They had a no quibble policy of you send in a phone and you get a fixed price. They marketed this USP as what made them different to their competitors. That no longer remains the case. They quibble on every quote providers and crucially if they change the price they offer you and you accept it they state you didn’t complete the transactions through TopCashback and decline the cashback. Two years in a row this has happened I’ll never use mazuma again…

Sale went through but cash back declined
Mazuma used to be the best in their sector but no longer are. Whereas they used to guarantee a price based upon a few clear criteria now they are like every other competitor they used to single out for criticism and reduce the price they offer for you for the the most insignificant things. And now they also declined cash back when the sale has gone through. Dodgy company

Declined cashback
Sale of phone went through as planned. Only went through TCB and didn't use any codes or get any sort of additional benefit that would stop the cashback entitlement. Cashback tracked within the hour and deal completed within 3 days. Just declined to pay cashback with no reason - simply refusing to pay the £5.95 that they advertise. Would not recommend. TCB shouldn't allow companies to advertise in this way if they don't follow through. Shameful.

Fake price
Got quote sent phone they then reduced price phone was in original box always had a screen protector on but they said scratches, I couldn’t be bothered to dispute but will never use these con artists again

Fake excuses to reduce payment and not same day payment!
Sent my iPhone 13 in, the bag they send you takes ages to arrive and has no protection for your device when sending it in.
Once they receive your device they make fake excuses up to reduce your payment as much as they can. My device was immaculate and they said it was badly scratched on the screen. Once you accept the payment they then telll you it will be in your bank by 11am the next day… NOT THE SAME DAY! Like advertised! I would avoid this company as everything they advertise is all false

Email from Mazuma on Thursday @ 10.40 we have received your phone.
Email form mazuma on Thursday @ 11.35 order processed, payment will be made today.

Recommended to us by our local Three mobile shop and I found them great. They paid what they promised with no quibbles and a cheque was sent in record time. Can't fault them. Still waiting for the cash back to be confirmed though!

Very happy with service - everything happened as Mazuma promised with plenty of information on where I was in the process. Offered less than other sites, but I was paid the amount I was quoted so very happy.
