Spent over £400! on foam mattress and spring mattress to furnish my new house! waited week to find out it was declined! Guess they only pay out small buyers! on big purchase they cant afford it! AVOID!

Didn't have any problems dealing with this company. Mattress was delivered (free) on time (well, a couple of hours early from the time they gave the day before) and cashback of around £13 was paid today - just a few weeks after purchase.

Sneaky, very very sneaky!
Bought mattress solely because of cashback offer. Pretty good reviews, very quick tracking BUT in the 2 weeks since my purchase, the transaction has been confirmed and withdrawn! I have submitted a missing transaction claim but I am not hopeful of a successful resolve. The few reviews I read regarding this underhand practice should have been a warning sign.
Mattressman - you've lost one customer and other potential new customers. Redeem yourself and I will take these comments back!

Wasn't sure what to expect after reading other reviews regarding Mattressman but they do what they say on the tin! They have a massive choice of mattresses available online and at really competitive prices, which means that I will probably never buy High Street again. The screens are easy to navigate and paying is simple. Only downside is delivery. It is free but only if you are in a position to be in between 8am and 6pm to accept the item(s). If you wish to specify a time frame, you pay a premium, which I thought was a little sneaky but for an extra £9 I knew I would only need to be around for about 5 hours instead of the whole day (a small price to pay in my opinion) and with the % cashback offered, the delivery charge has pretty much paid itself so a very small grumble really. Would recommend to others.

Item didn't arrive on scheduled date despite paying large sum for delivery which was not shown until order placed.
Had to contact company re non delivery they refunded delivery charge. Item cheap and not very good quality would not use Mattress Man again

Purchased under £400 in Oct 2010, the cash back never came through from the merchant as they stated that another mechanism was used and that was credited and not the Topcashback. Therefore never received any cashback. Wouldn't use them again, unless you aren't relying on the cashback.

Similiar problem to thse reported below with cashback not being tracked and merchant refusing to pay as saying already paid elsewhere.
Not sure how as I do not use any other cashback service!
Would just warn other users before using this merchant.

Great company. They kept me informed every step of the way as to where my order was, were able to state whether an afternoon or morning delivery and even called me to let me know how long they'd be about an hour before they delivered. The mattress is fantastic too and I'm very pleased!

spent over £500, didnt track, some the stuff came damaged, then some rubbish about another merchant being paid the cashback; they wouldnt say who or tcb wouldnt too. My guess no oone just didnt want to pay out - should be thrown off tcb --- carp

Very happy with my mattress and speed of delivery, however the order never tracked and nearly three months later I am still waiting for the retailer to confirm my order so I can receive my cashback. Not sure if I'll receive it now or not, think it is very poor service as I chose this retailer due to the cashback promised. Not impressed.
