TopCashback members who have written a review of their experience have given Marriott Hotels an overall rating of three stars. Some of the positives mentioned include the fact they offer a good choice of great hotels and the excellent service provided by staff, with one customer saying they “would recommend this hotel chain to anyone, anywhere in the world”.

Some of the feedback left also makes reference to the fact that the menber's cashback tracked immediately or was paid out swiftly, with one person saying it was the “fastest payout I have ever had. Paid within days”.

Marriott.co.uk also has a three-star rating on Trustpilot, with the four and five-star feedback highlighting the fact the hotel the customer stayed in was in a great location or the staff were very friendly, with one reviewer impressed with the fact that a lady on the phone had spent an hour helping them to book their dream trip to Australia. One regular Marriott customer, meanwhile, describes how they receive a “really great service every time”.

Tracked as zero to begin with, had to wait a few days after payment to hotel upon check out, tracked amount has now shown as pending

We had our first experience of the Marriott Group in the Summer in Bristol - good value for the weekend and staff were fantastic - very friendly and keen to help.

My favourite hotel group , now is a good time to book , as there seem to be some good deals . My only gripe is that the site seems a bit "messy"!

Great Hotels but this offer doesn't seem to work!. Tracks as zero when you book then nothing. As they don't debit your card until you've stayed its understandable that they don't confirm the amount until after you've actually stayed....but it doesn't seem to pick up the stay and nobody at TCB is able to explain how its supposed to work! As previous posters have said don't book it banking on getting the cash back!

Also found it useless. Have stayed there 4 times and none got me cashback. The first time i had to do a manual claim but when it came to paying - about £40 - Marriott stopped it saying that my account showed too many stays and they thought there was some fraudulent activity. Sent copies to my bills - all of them - to TCBack but still nothing. I have given up. Total, total waste of time!!!!

Marriott Hotels are everywhere and are good value. The website allows for easy international searches and provides a clear map.

A waste of time. Total of 15 stays, not one has tracked correctly. Every one has needed a manual enquiry and none of them has resulted in ANY cashback. All 15 are still ongoing. Most of them failed to track at all, the rest all tracked at zero. The hotel chain is great but don't expect any money from this cashback offer.

I have always had good service in this brand of hotel, I often use their courtyard hotels in the US. Staff are friendly and polite, hotels are clean and well decorated. Accommodating for biz travellers, eg free wireless access. Registering for their loyalty scheme can give you extras like free breakfast

I have stayed in a couple of the marriott hotels and have to say that I have always found them to be lovely hotels to stay in. The StPierre in Chepstow has to be my favourite. The room we stayed in was gorgeous with views over the lake! Food in the restaurant was fantastic too. I would definately recommend the St.Pierre if your looking for a romantic or relaxing getaway

My wife and I stayed at their Meon Valley Hotel and Country Club for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed it. The suite we had was fantastic. Would definately recommend.
