I made 2 purchases with this retailer, and on both occasions they recorded incorrect details for the amount spent and the cashback payable. Of course, the amounts they recorded were less than actual values. I am quite unimpressed, because a retailer should not be getting such basic details wrong. Is this some sort of ploy to pay less cashback than advertised or something??
