Ordered some stuff from M&M Direct and when it didn't arrive was told I'd refused delivery. Told they would send it out again and it still didn't come. Rang them again and was told it hadn't been sent and they still had it as my old assress anyway!
Cancelled the order and they then only refunded me for 1 of the 4 items on the order. They are cheap but not worth the hassle!
