	It takes too long to receive the cashback, 27 weeks. One to three months would be more realistic.

	The weeks until this showed as payable increased from 21 to 24 to 27, but eventually paid out at 29. Very misleading! Wouldn't use them again!

	25th Jan switched the switch to Scottish Power was a complete nightmare and still waiting cashback 7 months later, was no way worth hassle would never use them again. Top Cashback don't seem to care and keep allowing this merchant to trade on their site even though they obviously not paying out.

	It has taken over 8 months for my cashback to become avalable, this is despite many emails to the topcashback site. Topcashback said they could not do anything and could only pass on the cashback when they received it. If you want me to rate Residential Energy Comparison there is only one word... APPALLING!!

	Be very wary of Make it Cheaper if you want cashback. The first time I used them, although they were slow, they paid out. Second time my transaction did not track and then they refused to pay out. I received a feeble excuse but they could not explain fully due to the information being confidential, very poor.

	Over 12wks since transaction and not yet confirmed. Will ´make it cheaper´be the first company to not payout in the years I have been using Top Cabck Back! Hopefuly I´ll be proved wrong so I can leave positive feedback.

	3 months after I switched my utilities, the cashback went to declined. I raised a claim with TopCashBack (not easy after 100 days had passed) and after a few updates and another couple of months, the claim was back on my account. However, it took a full 12 months after the original utilities switch before the cashback finally became payable.

	Transferred my utilities; Cashback tracked okay, remained pending for 3 months and then disappeared. No message from Topcashback or MakeItCheaper to explain why. Immediately tried to raise a claim, but not allowed because over 100 days since original transaction.

	Transaction made 6 months ago, like many others it seems still no cash back has been received. Payment has been confirmed but hasn't switched to payable. Starting to think this company won't end up paying up.
