Purchase tracked very quickly. Service was very good and switch has been seamless and pain free. Would deffo recommend using them.
Only down side hence the 4 not 5 stars is that we are now 13 weeks on and still waiting for the cashback to pay. I'm wondering if it ever will. I will report back when it does.

The cashback tracks quickly, but it takes around 4-5 months to get confirmed and a total 6-7 months to get paid. I switched both fuels individually, both experiences were really good; only niggle the slow cashback process... BUT THEY DO PAY.

Switched 1st Dec 2013 took 5 months to go to confirmed but still waiting for cashback so it's been 27 weeks ago since i switched so a lot longer than the estimated 19 weeks. I did this for my parents and my Dad owed me about £35 so i said it's alright i'll just take your cashback from this . BIG MISTAKE

Used Make it cheaper in December 2013. Tracked immediately, good email notifications, was really pleased. initially, but its now 2 days from June 2014 and still no cashback. Another thing was when I used the service it was for £40 dual fuel but tracked at the new level of £35.35. Felling no so good about them now. By all means use, but don't expect a fast payout.

I was simply driven by more amount of cashback offered by this merchant to switch gas and electric. 24 hours later, the cashback had not even tracked. This can be a merchant trick or topcashback, I don't know. Of late, cashbacks are not tracking at topcashback, so I would ask you to be careful if you really want to go this route. You would be taking a big risk here for an extra £5.0.

I don't normally post reviews but if I can save other members from this merchant then I will be a tad happier.
Used this merchant last year to switch energy supplier, Initially tracked OK but when I chased it I was told the merchant had no record of my transaction. I replied to the merchant from the confirmation email they sent me but I met a wall of silence for months. Eventually the merchant decided they did recognise my transaction but decided the transaction was made without clicking via Top cashback (despite it initially tracking OK). The only way I would know about this merchant would be through Top cashback so to decide I used their website without clicking via Top cashback would be incorrect.................AVOID!

declined my cashback as claimed i had cancelled the transaction - after 15 months, and loads of time spent providing evidence, they finally accepted I didn't cancel and paid out. No reason provided or apology. Disgusting service by MIC and a total con - do not use! At least TC were helpful and continued to chase, not their fault though I wish they wouldn't deal with companies that seem to want to do anything to avoid paying cashback. AVOID Make It Cheaper!!!
