	Payment left as pending for over a year Purchase made in October 2024 and left as "pending" for over a year. Finally was expedited quickly by Top Cashback when I raised a ticket.

	Takes a long time to payout & randomly declines This is the worst retailer I have used on TopCashBack and won't be using anymore. Occasionally it pays out, but only after more than a year has passed by and then randomly declines other transactions, even though I have followed the same process as for the transactions that have been confirmed and paid out. It just doesn't make sense. TopCashBack really needs to do something about this retailer.

	Same as other reviews - declined LW theatres should not be listed on TopCashback. Purchased meeting all eligibility criteria in April and in November it was declined. Had to raise a ticket but it will unlikely get me anywhere. TopCashback should remove these companies who continuously fail to pay out!

	Declined for no reason I followed the merchant's instructions, the amount was pending for just long enough that when the claim was declined I was then unable to lodge a missing cashback claim. Poor service

	8 Months Pending - Changed to Declined. Cashback tracked as normal and was pending from November. Just got declined for no reason after 8 months. At a lost to what I did wrong. Not worth the effort.
