2 x cashbacks for 2 insurances had to wait 4 months for one as lost at payable stage but got through the manual claim in about 10 days. 2nd one payed in 3 months no problem, all in all good cashback 2 x £45 back and was cheapest quote anyway so more than happy and now waiting for next £45 as done home insurance also

Purchased policy in April 08. Tracked quickly. Then LV missed the payment deadline of end June. Its now 3rd August and still no news! what is happening? Used to like the company. Now i'm not so sure...

The £45 cashback was wiped to zero. No explanation. Topcashback states that after 50 days, they will not act. Be warned.

i was initially delighted to take liverpool victoria insurance. the terms offered and the cashback deal were the best amongst a sea of offers i had in front of me. everything seemed to be tracking well until last week, when due to some unforseen incident/accident my cashback had reduced to zero! however after notifying topcashback they got on the case and within 48 hours my cashback has been reinstated. hopefully i wont have to long to wait to receive it!

Same problem as others have mentioned - cashback tracked in April and went from £45 to £0 the other day without reason.
Ryan from Topcashback answered my query within a day and is being fantastic. I was told to start a missing transaction enquiry which is already being looked into.

Tracking went straight from £45 confirmed to £0 without it ever being payable. I'm now having problems claiming the cashback after the 50 days limit. Beware, and claim your money before time's up.

Tracked within 1.5hours - well done TCB and LV.
When I attempted to buy the insurance at approx 11pm for some reason the LV website could not automatically find my car details when I entered the registration number. I therefore entered the details manually and found the quote was £30 more expensive than when it automatically finds the details from the registration number (originally did a search using moneysupermarket and so knew what the quote should be). When I attempted to buy the insurance in the afternoon, the LV site could find my car details from the registration number entered.
Anyway, suffice to say that it has tracked okay for me.
