Used TCB on two occasions to buy LV insurance; once for car insurance and once for home insurance most recently. Motor cash back claim tracked virtually straight away, and was confirmed and payable within the estimated time. Home claim again tracked quickly but took a long time to get confirmed. Once it was confirmed though, it was paid shortly after, only a few days after the estimated payable date. I have contacted the team at TCB a couple of times with queries and they always responded quickly. Genuinely impressed and very pleased with service and cash back given (£105 in total!). Happy to recommend!

tracking so far, was going to take at Nationwide travel Insurance for 4 Adults, but discovered they went through Liverpool Victoria Ins. Same Insurance deal, but earnt cash back

Wasn't sure about the whole cashback idea (no free lunch etc); therefore, I was suprised to find that not only was taking a house insurance policy with LV worth £45 cashback, the policy was also cheaper than any other quote as well! (tesco wanted renewal of £330 up from £185 year before! -haggled down to £199 which was still £20 more expensive than LV). If I do get cashback on top of cheapest quote then....what a good idea!

LV are good when it comes to Customer Service. They made a small mistake with my insurance, which was frustrating as I'd taken steps to prevent it from happening - but it did anyway. However, they were interested in listening to me - after I was somewhat assertive with them - and were willing to sort it out. The people you speak to on the 'phone have good 'people' skills, basically, which is important.

When using the Topcashback.co.uk link to go through to Liverpool & Victoria insurance I found that the insurance quote could not be retrieved. When I ran a fresh quote request when using the topcashback.co.uk link the policy was quoted as £50 more which would infact eliminate the cashback recieved. Beware!
