	Topcashback is great but not Loveholidays for payment I'm still waiting for payment for Loveholidays over a year after the holiday has happened. It's been approved etc but I'm still yet able to have it paid to me. Strangely a payment is available for a holiday which occurred after this one. As it's over £100 it seems they are going to try to forget about it. Can't fault Topcashback though, it's all Loveholidays (although to be fair, Loveholidays are pretty good for the holidays themselves!)

	18 months LATER NO PAYMENT Honestly the absolute worst - have chased this up several times with little to no feedback will not be booking with them EVER AGAIN. If i could give minus 5 i would!

	Took long enough, but got there in the end. August 5th 2025 we booked the holiday, eventually got paid the cash back on March 21st 2026. Like I said "Took long enough, but got there in the end"

	Rome Great experience with Love Holidays. They arranged a payment plan and also gave us cashback. Great experience and will definitely book again.

	It does work Payment of £321 was confirmed, advised 12 weeks following completion of holiday roughly for payout. I filed a ticket with topcashback at 12 weeks and 1day and they released the money to me 1hour later. Very happy, great service from Topcashback

	Worked Well There are a lot of negative reviews here for Loveholidays so my expectations were fairly low. However the cashback tracked immediately and payout came in just over 10 weeks. I didn't have to intervene at all. Very pleased.

	Great experience. Paid in full.. It took a while (7 months) and had to chase it up with topcashback. Full % paid. No complaints. Would definitely do it again..

	They don't pay cashback Our holiday was fine but they won't pay the cashback. It never tracked, TCB wouldn't allow a claim for months, and when they finally submitted one, LH said our reference number didn't match up. TCB won't pursue it, so LoveHolidays are going to get away with it. TCB should stop dealing with LoveHolidays - the reviews speak for themselves.

	Cashback sitting at confirmed for months. Booked through Loveholidays because of the cashback offer. The holiday was in August. Cashback sitting at confirmed for months. I feel like they offer a high amount to get you to book. Then don't bother to pay out. TopCashBack should be on the case with this and do better. It's their website.

	Cashback denied for a £5000 holiday. This company seem to have consistent bad reviews and I agree with them. Manual claim raised and although TCB confirmed they saw the transaction it appears they are at the mercy of LoveHolidays who denied it.... Personally I'd like to see companies fully removed from TCB by TCB when they have manage to achieve a only 1star rating which is still too much to award this outfit.

	Still Waiting for cashback to become Payable I am still waiting for my cashback to become Payable. The holiday was taken in April 25 and Cashback confirmed in July 25 - so I've been waiting over 6 months now. I no longer seem to be able to raise a ticket with TCB who have previously said they were aware of the issue and continuing to chase. Very disappointed

	Avoid No payout at 20 weeks post-stay. TCB stepped in to cover the payment after raising a ticket.

	couldn't register at all after purchase couldn't register new customer on the laptop (while the website was working fine on the phone) so pretty sure won't get cashback...

	No Cashback I never received a cashback from this retailer inspite showing on the topcash back website. I was suppose to get paid approx £196/ cashback it got declined. My holidays went very well no issues in that but listing love holidays on topcashback website is misleading people. I think topcashback need to take them off from their list.

	Poor quality holiday company not worth anyones time or money. I usually don’t complain, but my booking was incorrect. It’s odd that I received a twin double room for my partner and me. Additionally, I have yet to receive the cashback I was promised, despite it being over a year since I initially requested it. Although my cashback was rejected and then reconfirmed more than six months ago, I still haven't seen any resolution. It seems that the company doesn’t really care about the negative feedback here. Don’t be surprised if you find that for a £2,000 holiday claim for cashback is denied. I truly do not recommend this company, and the reviews support this sentiment.

	Load of cack Refuse cash back that should be payable, Topcashback aren’t bothered and side with merchant with a shoddy excuse. Don’t see the point in advertising a company on a cashback website if they just refuse it? The sense is not sensing. Wouldn’t waste your time, use a different website that will honour what they are offering and give them your hard earned money instead. Will never use this greedy company again.
