	I logged onto their website through TopCashback and made a purchase which should have generated £6.43 cashback, I did not use any voucher code or go through any other site and yet my cashback claim was rejected and I can get no information on the claim apparently made by Lookfantastic that I linked through another site. A complete rip off. I could have saved money on my purchase by buying the goods at a lower price from a company operating outside of any cashback scheme. I would never deal with Lookfantastic again.

	Poor Tracking, was advertised at higher rate but tracked lower. Submitted a claim but taking too long to get looked into. Would avoid in future.

	Tracked in a higher rate of 11.5%, but confirmed 2.58%, I raised 6 claims today(yes, huge purchases on Black Friday, choose TOPCASHBACK cos it pays higher) see what comes after. All used TOPCASHBACK approved discount code though

	Would not use this company again, crooks claiming subscription cancelled and refusing to pay me £20 cashback, even though my wife receives the beauty box every month. Will not buy from this company again!

	look fantastic tracked my cashback to 7% correctly in the beginning but reduced it to 1% later. Had to file missing cashback to get the correct amount. Plus even the products they offer are bogus, i have filed a separate complaint with them for this. Not recommended at all

	Purchase did not track and missing cashback claim declined on the basis "the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". No idea why, as I don't use any other cashback sites, and got a message to say my visit had been recorded. Consequently, I missed out on better deals on my item elsewhere, and will be reluctant to shop with LookFantastic again.

	This retailer does not pass on the cash back rates they advertise. The TopCashback team have been trying to help, but retailer will not agree. Very disappointed

	Purchased a few times now from LookFantastic and every single time, they have disputed the cashback, saying that the last referral site was not through TopCashback. After the second time, I was extremely careful and made sure that I cleared my cookies before going through TopCashback and then through to LookFantastic. Since LookFantastic declined the cashback. Don't rely on the cashback!

	I was due £10 cashback on some GHD's i purchased (after all VAT/delivery was taken into account). It worked out they gave me only £2 back. I put a claim in and the merchant refused to change the amount or give me any explanation.

	It is now FIFTEEN DAYS since I placed my order with them, and still nothing. NINE days ago it was already late and I was assured it would be sent out ''as soon as possible''. FOUR days ago I was told it would be shipped ''within 48 hours'' - and still nothing. Oh, and the order doesn't even appear on their website, so I have no way of checking its status except through the sporadic false promises of the customer service team. Another order I placed with them was shipped despite me CANCELLING some items within a few minutes of placing it. I cancelled these items because the same product was available on a much better deal on an obscure part of the site. They stated 'they didn't have the systems'' to deal with my request to simply cancel one item and replace it with another. I now have the inconvenience of getting to a Post Office to return the products I've been duped into overpaying for. You get the impression from the e-mails that the staff are largely indifferent to their customers, and simply apologize away without actually doing anything to rectify the problem. The experiences I've had with these orders (totalling an outlay of £160) means I will NEVER buy from them again. I would advise people to browse their (admittedly good) range, find what you want, and buy it elsewhere - unless you feel like a ton of needless hassle, that is.

	GHDs ordered in October and still no sign of any cashback. TCB has been chasing for weeks now but no response. NOT IMPRESSED - WON'T BE USING AGAIN!!
