	purchased an electrical product in early April. Received a faulty product, and requested a return and refund. They accepted and said they'll send a courier to pick it up. Courier doesn't show up. I complain, they reschedule, courier doesn't show up. I complain, now they say they are "investigating". It has been well over a month and I am still getting "we're investigating" response. There's nothing to investigate - they sent a faulty product! Until you have a problem, they're fine, but beware if anything goes wrong. Plenty more of ethical sellers out there, LookFantastic can forget about my custom forever

	Say you will get 10% cashback as a new customer and when questioned they reduced it from 5% to 2%. Totally dishonest

	Nightmare beauty advent calendars not sent out since ordering in sept ! Now nov beauty boxes not being shipped on time wait fir everything no excuse no money off nothing hopeless generic emails sent out and robotic staff with no idea how to sort out issues

	I’m unhappy with the cashback experience and lookfantastic so far. My purchases are tracking at a tiny amount when I am expecting the 12% new customer and 7% for subsequent orders.

	My payback became payable very quickly, But the amout I had to receive changed and decreased few days after my purchase. It was a sum of 17 GBP i had to receive and suddenly they decreased it to 4,33 GBP.
