After trying for days I cannot access Lookfantastic via topcashback. I get redirected to the awin1 website. Very very annoying. There seems to be no clear advice on this site as to what to do if this happens, or you are redirected to other affiliate sites. I have done many sweeps. I have no viruses and my system is totally clean. It happens with the Fat Face link too. I will have to find another site where I can access these sites and earn cashback. Annoying as topcashback is the best payer. Topcashback - please give advice on this issue.

Terrible Customer Service, will never buy from Lookfantastic again. They sent me the wrong item and refused to send me the correct item until I returned the wrong item, had no compensation for their error, ended up cancelling my order as couldn't wait another week for my products. The response times from customer services were also extremely slow.

My three purchases from this company have tracked quickly and paid fairly soon. Well-known, top-quality brands, mostly with good discounts on the prices charged on the manufacturers' websites. The cashback is an added bonus. The products are packed well and arrive speedily.

Cashback had to be chased up but it has finally become payable 3 months later. I won't use the website again though, I placed an order then decided to cancel it due to a personal issue. However, despite 3 emails and 2 uses of the websites contact form I was still charged for the order and received it.
Good cashback and delivery times, but appalling communications and/or general ignorance :S
