Enticed by a 12.6% cashback offer (Aug 2013) I tried to buy a pair of jeans but the Levi's website was totally broken when it came to making a payment... it got stuck in a loop after entering ccard no. - worrying.

To update, I've now been told that I'm not owed any cashback as another cashback service has been credited with the sale. I have never used any other service and this is nonsense and there is no way of pursuing it further. I've bought my last pair of Levis as a result. AVOID.

Same as everybody else. Placed order in December now March & nothing tracked. Have lodges claim but I am holding out no hope they will pay up . Top cashback should not allow them to be on the site of they are not going to pay what is offered.

UPDATE: Despite Levi's using Topcashback to entice customers to place orders with them, they have failed to deliver their promises.
Despite chasing they have failed to respond to requests for Cashback.
I will Avoid in future.

Made a purchase in December and still not got any cashback for this. It would be better to not offer the cashback if they're not going to pay it rather than offer it and then not pay it!!
