Allowed 2 sims per household. I did this a year ago, been paid. Think I only asked for ONE free sim, so applied for another free sim. IF I get the second 20 pence payment, I will say so, and suggest requesting only ONE free sim at first, wait for it to clear and ask for the second one later (if that second sim is useful to you).
