had to phone up to make booking rather than doing it on an online form, using a reference number. did not mention topcashback.com, so was suprised to discover the cashback was automatically added to my topcashback account without any action from me!
very helpful staff at late rooms, will definately use them in future!

Booked two rooms via Topcashback and Laterooms. Neither tracked. Topcashback investigating but not impressed that with all of the evidence (reference, booking numbers etc.) these transactions have not been validated. It's taking ages for Topcashback to validate these. Very dissatisfied customer. I don't know whether it is Topcashback or Laterooms who are at fault. In my eyes they are both to blame at the moment. In my experience with these transactions, if they do not track first time you can whistle for it.
