I am VERY VERY disappointed and annoyed to put it mildly!!! at LATEROOMS asi have in my possession a printout of the £90 booking confirmation that they maintain they have no trace of and as such we lose our cashback negating the very essence of using a cashback site. I have just made another hotel booking with a competitor, and will be using them for ALL future transactions. Having used LATEROOMS on quite a few occassions in the past(not with cashback) Iwill no longer. Everyone beware of them.

Have used LateRooms a few times and they have been good each time.
Cashback didn't track once but once I made an enquiry it was there quickly.
Would recommend.

Stick with it - i made a booking through topcashback with late roomes in June this year - if has been shown as tracked ever since then - but after 5 months it has now went straight to payable. So as i say stick with it and will get paid to you eventually, i think patience is the key with this one.
