Booked a hotel on July 21st (and have made the visit) but Lastminute has not yet acknowledged the cashback. As it was a £135 booking with £12 cashback I am hoping it will come through as it is a significant amount.

I have used the lastminute.com cashback on hotel bookings a couple of times already, and will continue to do so, the process is painless. Tracked without problems after one day, and became payable in under 3 months. And you can generally find a discount code in addition to the cashback.
