ordered two double bed rooms for my boyfriend and i to have one and our friend and his girlfriend to have the other. seemed simple enough until we got to our separate rooms to find each room was filled with 4 single beds (2 sets of bunk beds)! so we ended up with 8 beds for the four of us and had we known we wouldn't have a double bed we would have just booked the one room and saved ourselves money! had no time to resolve the problem either as we were on our way to a show and when we got back the receptionist was useless. probably the fault of the hotel (hostel!) and not lastminute but still caused upset for our nice trip away!

Arrived at hotel to find that Lastminute.com had not forwarded our booking. Hotel was full. Fortunatley I had printed a copy of our confirmation email and the hotel manager did some juggling with another hotel to sort us out.

Dont trust the tracking on this retailer - laterooms is better. Tracking through but as £0 - done it twice now and when try to put in claim does not give an option for hotels. Steer clear until they have sorted out there system.

booked hotel for £188.00 but cashback tracked as zero i.e. no cashback payable. have submitted a claim and await response. this is the first time this has happened to me and have used lastminute before with no problems.

My cashback was not linked automatically. I had to submit a missing claim in order to receive my cashback which was annoying!

bargain huntlisa just look at the help pages. you get cash back by clicking through to the retailer and making your purchase. check your account- earnings and you should see the cashback listed which takes a couple of days. then you wait and finally you get it. This site is excellent but you must go through it to your retailer and I recommend you dont clear out your cookies until you see it listed.

Tried to get the 14% discount on a £99 room booking but the cashback code was not accepted as I had apparently not reached the minimum purchase amount to qualify for this discount. Can't find out what the minimum is, as it was supposed to be on "all hotel bookings", but obviously not mine, so good luck everybody.

Booked a hotel on July 21st (and have made the visit) but Lastminute has not yet acknowledged the cashback. As it was a £135 booking with £12 cashback I am hoping it will come through as it is a significant amount.
