Does not track nor does it payout. After all these years with TC this is the only company I have had an issue with. Was due £70 back and surprise surprise it has not identified TC to be the channel I went through.

After contacting Customer Care, cashback was refused by Lastminute as they stated that Topcashback wasn't the last site visited. I don't use another cashback site! Frustrating! Won't be using them anymore.

This merchant used to be very good with the cashback tracking quickly. However, on the last 2 transactions I have had to submit claims for missing cashback. I'm not sure what's happened to their customer service - they no longer seem to send confirmation emails for your bookings. The previous booking I made, they couldn't even find the booking on their systems - eventually found the only person in the company who seems to know what he's doing and he found the booking. Today is the last time I will be using this merchant.
