                    Cashback didn't track.  raised a missing claim.  Cashback appeared I closed the claim, then when I tried to make a payout it went back to zero. Poor!

                    Very slow paying. I guessed some of the delay was waiting for my holiday to happen so I couldn't cancel but I still waited over 2 months after my time away to receive my cashback.                     Did not pay out the larger amount of £70 and stated they could not 'track it' but paid out for the lesser amount of £17. Seems as though they choose what to pay and not to, knowing TCB cannot argue with them. Overall weary of them.

                    Great apart from the fact that cash back didn't track.  followed link from TCB, got message to say visit tracked, paid but transaction didn't appear.
