	good across the board. best price , discount, cashback. delivery quick. delivery guys rang ahead, delivered washing machine, tidied up and left. 3 month on and cashback payable, recommended.

	Still waiting for cashback from last July 2011. So poor by TCB just keep getting fobbed off with it's up to the merchant reply via a stock email. Don't hold out any hope of seeing the cashback now after nearly 7 months.

	Bought a £600 LG washer/dryer in July 2011 transaction did not track. Delivery by Kitchen Science first rate though. After making a claim transaction manually tracked and confirmed in October 2011, stll waiting for cashback on the 22nd December with a payment date of 31 August!. TCB just seem to fob you with semi-automated replies via the ticket system.

	Purchased a fridge freezer and washing machine in October, they arrived according to date but unfortunately still waiting on the cashback as it wasnt tracked. It's been over 2 months and still no response after the manual claim...

	Purchased a Panasonic microwave that was delivered on time at a very competitive price. I would definetly recommend and use this company again. Transaction has tracked and been confirmed, so now waiting to see how long before cashback is received...

	very fast cashback at a good discount rate. They were already the cheapest supplier ( for an induction cooker ) and delivered bang on time with good communication. Highly recommended

	I am absolutely shocked that the retailer cancelled my order with no particular reason. When I called them they said they would accept Bank Transfer but not a debit or credit card payment. First I heard of Bank Transfers with online retailers... sounds dodgy!

	Havent bothered to track my purchase, so no cashback yet only went through them as they had the highest cashback for the product I was buying. Delivery slow - 6 days! Called customer services to check delivery & the operator was not interested in me being a new customer - she couldnt wait ot get me off the phone! Never I will come back to this merchant!

	Bought an LG washer/dryer from Kitchen Science in mid July 2011, cashback didn't track and 2.5 months later still waiting for a response to my manual claim, despite requests for an update from TCB nothing in reply. Not holding out much hope of get a resolution. Price and Delivery speed from Kitchen Science 10/10, cashback 0/10. Real shame!

	Cachback confirmed then set to zero, looks like this is common practice with Kitchen Science. Top cachback needs to do something about this vendor.

	Initially my cashback tracked very quickly. However when it was confirmed the amount changed to 0.00. I submitted an claim and a few months later my cashback was confirmed at the correct amount.

	ordered item tracked straight away at the correct amount item delivered within a few days still confirmed cashback now 7 days later is payable at Zero!! this is not cashback there is something going on and im not happy have emailed them and submitted a claim - will wait and see.

	I ordered a freezer on 12 June 2011. Cashback pending next day. Received call from Kitchen Science to tell me freezer was out of stock - would I like another product or a refund? I wanted that particular model, so they ordered it direct from the manufacturer. It has just arrived today, exactly one week after original order. Cashback is confirmed too. An excellent service and cashback.

	The delivery went fine, and the product is a good one, but you can forget about any cashback! 5 months I've been waiting now; first they paid it at £0.00 (after it tracked at £14) and they've completely ignored TCB's alleged contact. It's now reverted back to £14 at long last, but is still hanging in the 'Confirmed' column. I won't hold my breath. A massive thumbs down from me where cashback is concerned.
