	The cash back tracked within hours then, I noticed it went to zero when I checked days later, so opened a cash back claim and eventually got the cash back. All this started in Sept to payable in January. The cash back was worth over £11 so well worth claiming for. Well done to the cash back team.

	Excellent service, start to finish, ordered cooker, they phoned to confirm I knew there would be a delay in delivery, phoned to arrange delivery and delivered just before christmas bang on time stated. Cashback tracked and payable very quickly, would recommend. Price miles cheaper and free delivery

	Rubbish customer service from kitchen science!!! Only bought from them as they advertised having the item in stock, so even though they were £40 + more expensive than others I bought from them in good faith as they told me they had stock!! So they took my money and then told me that they didn't actually have it in stock and couldn't give me a date when it will be back in stock??? They would have happily kept my money earning interest for them for 1-2 months before the item even came back into stock??? Would not recommend them to others!

	Very quick to track but as I thought the offer of 5% cash back was a load of rubbish! Kitchen Science advertise 5% cb until you click through to the retailer, then you are told cash back can range between 3.5% and 5% but are given no further details??? So I shopped and spent a fair amount with them and shock horror I only got 3.5% and not the 5% as advertised! Woud love to know what you have to do to get the advertised 5%.......feel its a bit of a con to be honest, but you live and learn!

	Retailer phoned to confirm new delivery date (1 more week) due to awaiting supply from manufacturer, item delivered on that date. i would use this retailer again.

	Although my purchase was completed on 16th September, and my £345 was paid immediately, the advertised cashback of 3.5% to 5% was denied by the merchant without any reason being given. It may be a small amount but on principle I doubt I will buy from this merchant again.

	Confirmed cashback within days, delivery advised by phone on agreed day of delivery 1/2 hour before. On the whole trouble free.
