I ordered and paid for a Fridge Freezer thei website claimed item was "in stock" however they called next day and said they did not have in stock and have discontinued the item. They also advised that it would take 3 - 5 days to refund my card. How come it takes seconds to take my money and days to return it?

Processed by order really quickly, all appliances were at really competitive prices. The cashback didn't track at first but they settled my claim within a couple of days. Would definately use these again
