Item shown as in stock - but took x10 days for delivery. Delivery man unpacked the tumble dryer and broke the front panel. Further x10 days and finally got a working tumble dryer. If delivery times were a bit faster, they wouldn't be so bad.

Customer services very helpful at time of purchase, but fridge freezer broke down in under 2 months and so far I've been over 3 weeks without it being fixed. Saying that they have kept me informed and are very pleasant to deal with, not Indesit though they just try to sell you stuff and are not helpful at all.

Top service from Kitchen Science. Bought upright freezer, their normal price was as good as the best elsewhere on the net, but I used a 5 % discount code and got 4% cashback and free delivery saving at least £50. I chose the first available free delivery slot which turned out to be a Bank Holiday, received a phone call from driver at 07:00 (fortunately we were up!) and he arrived 20 minutes later - he unpacked freezer and placed in position. 3 hours later I received a courtesy call from Kitchen Science checking that delivery was satisfactory. Cashback was confirmed same day to be paid within a month - couldn't be more pleased.

The product arrived in good order and works well. Does all it says on the box. If you want to get a good finish with heavily soiled items, oven dishes, pans etc, you really need to use highest cycle which is the least economical. However, we use it to do most of the days washing up and hardly wash up at all, which overall saves water and energy (plus our own!). Really plesed with the product and with the suppliers service.
