Ordered a fridge from Kitchen Science late Saturday evening, cashback tracked within a couple of hours - great! As to the fridge itself, can't comment as its delivery date hasn't arrived yet - but cashback-wise, great service.

I purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner late December 2010 which I received promptly and with no problems, however, the cashback having tracked almost immediately then went to 0.00 payable and I had to submit a claim with TopCashBack. Nearly 3 months on, I have now received the missing cashback so I would like to thank TCB for chasing it up for me. I advise buyers to make sure they chase this retailer as it seems to happen quite frequently with them according to other reviews.

Very disappointed have lost out on £44 of cashback on new range cooker, product is good but would have gone elsewhere if I had known what a poor payer they were. Disappointed as well in Topcashback not chasing the payment, fill in a claim and you don't hear anything again, there seems little point in wasting your time doing it.

Can`t rate them highly enough. Good product range with very competative prices and reasonable cashback.Very efficient confirmation and delivery service.This time bought a Panasonic tv through the topcashback website but have previously purchased dishwasher,washing machine,tumble drier directly from Kitchen Science (before hearing about topcashback).

I only purchased from this retailer because of the cashback offered and there is no reason for the declined payment. Waiting to hear back from the retailer at the moment but would not recommend, not worth the hassle.

Although the purchase went well, cashback was not confirmed by the retaier and had to be reffered to topcash to chase this on my behalf.
Transaction has now been confirmed, but still waiting for this to become payable. Bought the item in the beginning of August - tranaction confirmed middle of November!
