Had to manually submit claim. Good prices especially with multibuy discount. Good customer service EXCEPT delivery.
No date given for delivery, the guys just turned up at the day after leaving a message on an answerphone 1 hour before. Good job we weren't out for the day! They unpacked an took away rubbish though.

Goods arrived on time and the men were really helpful with the unpacking of the fridge freezer. Unfortunately had to submit a manual commission claim, but resolved very quickly and 'confirmed' within a week.
