	Just like 99% of others... Just like 99% of others it doesn't track, The last time it tracked for me was about 3 or 4 years ago and always have to lodge a missing cashback claim, The claims do seem to be successful though

	No cashback since March If you want cashback use the other CB site or PayPal is offering 3%. TCB won't work and they ain't doing owt about it. Any review since March has to be fake. I'd TCB turning into Amazon with fake reviews? Seems so.

	Never tracks Waste of time,never tracks, probably ordered 6 times in the last couple of months and had absolutely nothing..can I be bothered to fill in a load of forms to get a couple of quid..err..no ??

	Stopped tracking since March '25 No longer works! Raised a ticket with topcashback.co.uk and they just suggested it was an issue with my end but I have been doing it successfully for years and it suddenly stopped. Now I've gone on here I see it's not just me!

	Tracking problems I have been using JustEat for years and i am just sick of constantly having to make claims. After a few months ago having to go through hundreds of emails to find when i bought what from JustEat and registering claims and complaining to TopCashback they suddenly started tracking everything although now looking at the history i am not sure it was actually that good. I cannot belive that i only used them twice in May and twice in June, i would have thought it was at least twice a week! But now my last track was 20th June so thats 2 months of emails i have to go through again before it seem i have to add in checking a further 2 months back through May and June. Many thousands of pounds worth of online purchases in that time all in receipts in my mail account amongst all the non-purchasing mail! I wonder if it is really worth all this hassle for a few pence back on regular spnding of £20/30 or more

	Doesn’t track I have multiple purchases and none track, I have to keep raising disputes. From other reviews, it seems it’s a wider issue

	Still not tracking Raised claims over a month ago which still haven't been resolved and have had to raise more as they just dont track anymore. Can see from the multiple feedbacks recently on here that it is a known and ongoing problem but no response or action from Topcashback or JustEat.

	Not Tracking Again ??? I use Just Eat a lot, sometimes it tracks, mostly it doesn't. What really annoys me is that when you raise a ticket, Top Cashback often say something is up with your computer settings and that's why things aren't tracking correctly. But if you haven't used your computer between 2 orders, and one tracks and one doesn't .... how can it be the computer, if no settings have been changed ? This happens with so many retailers now, and consumers are basically relying on the honesty of the retailers. Perhaps when a retailer receives so many bad reviews and things don't track for MANY customers, Top Cashback could step in and facilitate .... threatening to take retailers off the site would be a good start. To be fair to Just Eat, every ticket I have raised has been paid ... it's just too many and my last 3 orders haven't tracked.

	Never pay out. Don't bother. I've have this quite a few times in the last few months. Not once has it tracked. They close all my disputes without payout.

	Doesn't track anymore Very annoying as also lost our on the £2 from topcashback, this has happened with the last 4 transactions, always tracked before that.

	My Just Eat purchases track within an hour or less - highly recommended I've made lots of purchases from Just Eat via the TCB link in the past year and they all seem to track within an hour or less. Also noticed that Just Eat normally confirms the cashback within a month. I will keep using them as long as they maintain this level of service.

	Might as well call it a con Failed to track. I've submitted a claim but I'm not holding my breath after seeing how many people are saying similar. Has similar experiences repeatedly about a year ago with Just Eat, should have known a leopard doesn't change its spots. Dangling the carrot of cashback for giving them your business while doing their best to duck it is a con in my book.

	Have stopped paying out cashback. Had to submit 4 claims, they've just stopped tracking and paying out cashback. They should be removed from TCB.

	Tight Pay pennies when people spend a lot of money on JustEat. All their vouchers are a con as you have to spend at least £25 not including delivery charges and they are not valid at most restaurants.

	Didn’t get the cashback The cash back has been refused even I have used the link from topcash back. I didn’t use the gift card to made the purchase at the time for the reason that it will invalidate the cashback. Wish I did use it, at least there was 10% off to use the gift card. Avoid it!
