Terrible
Tried to order from kfc tonight and it took over an hour before I had to call restaurant to see what was happening. They told me just eat did not have enough drivers to fill orders so I would not be getting my order. This is a just eat problem and not the restaurant problem, KFC were apologetic and told me to get a refund. I'm really disappointed with Just eat and probably wont use again. I went through top cash back to use so I hope Top Cash Back will also stop using them!!!

Customer service is adequate
Customer service does take a while sometimes, but usually if there’s an issue your refund is quick. There’s so much to choose from and it’s such an easy app to work around.

Failed Tracking Constantly
Used Just Eat for ages now. However, from October/November onwards, no order is tracked. I've got to keep putting in claims through customer service.
I don't seem to have any problems with any other retailer, so must be a Just Eat thing.
Wish Topcashback would fix these problems, as it's certainly nothing to do with my end.

Only a small Payment, but paid almost straight away !!
Always Paid on time, sometimes before our order is delivered ! Sad that new customers can earn up to 25% but Loyal customers only receive around 1%.

What's Happened
Ordered with Just Eat many times over the years through Topcashback with no problems. Didn't even think to check. However when looking at my earnings I noticed none of my recent Just Eats have tracked. So the last 4 haven't tracked. All my other transactions have tracked. Please sort Just Eat tracking Top Cashback.

No cashback has tracked since middle of December
I've never had an issue with getting cashback from Just Eat until around Christmas time but since then NONE of my Just eat purchases have shown at all. Very Frustrating!

Tracking is inconsistent
This is the only retailer I have problems with as it never seems to track! I complete a claim with TopCashBack, but then find it's declined by Just Eat. Due to this I now tend to use other delivery services.
