I only went through this site to purchase the goods, however they are saying that it was not tracked as such. Dreadful I don't understand why they would bother to be on the cashback site. I had planned to purchase a lot more from JoJo Manman Bebe but will look elsewhere.

cancelled most of m cashback payments I assume because I also used a discount code. As there is alsmost asways a discount code for this company which exceeds the value of cashback it does render cashback for this site pretty pointless

Made 2x purchases: neither tracked! Submitted claims, only to get declined as 'other channel used' which I am certain was not the case... poor experience just not to pay up, even if small amounts!

have made 2 orders recently with a total of £80 and they have both tracked as £0.00. Have placed a missing cashback claim so will now have to see what happens. Love JoJos but disappointed with the cashback

Didn't track. Logged claim and eventually told it would not be paid as they think the transaction went via another web site, which is a load of rubbish. Not impressed.

I bought one of their baby trikes in April 2010, looks good but very weak especially the parent control handle. It is very hard to turn the trike using the handle so wouldn't recommend this particular product to anyone. More than six months on I'm still waiting for my cash back to be acknowledge. I raised a claim in April and have since been sending reminders and nudges but not a word from Jojo mama bebe .......even just to acknowledge receipt of the claim - regardless of whether they could pay it!

Rubbish! Transaction tracked and then cash back downgraded to zero for no good reason. All for maternity jeans and top which turned out to be poor quality. stitching on hem of jeans all came undone and top was so big, it would have fitted a pregnant elephant!
