4 Months And Nothing!
After 4 months I have heard nothing from John Lewis. At the time of ordering they also had an offer on so I feel like they are truly dishonest. Not only suggesting cash back but a larger amount if done that day, which I did. Now they wont pay out or reply. AVOID, its not worth the trouble!! They should be removed from the site.

merchant did not pay out and eventually after 3 months - Top cash back did
Merchant did not pay out and it was only after 3 months of waiting that Top cash back paid the money as a gesture of goodwill

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
John Lewis Finance are one of the ever increasing numbers of retailers hiding behind they "you were not the last referral site for the transaction" excuse not to pay out.
Three transactions, all following the rules of cashbacking to the letter and none have tracked, first claim denied with the usual excuse and most likely the other two will sll.
TCB are not interested in investigating and JLF obviously will not reveal who the pretend last referral site for the order was. Joke.

Still waiting for cashback 3 months after purchased. Tracked as insurance and not currency. Was told by Topcashback this did not matter but still after 3 months shows as pending.Poor all around
