Failed to deliver next day as requested and no response when querying this. Cashback provided didn't meet expectations although an approved voucher code was used. Will no be using them again.

Ordered some Xmas pressies on 27th Nov, took them 2 weeks to ship even though all items were in stock. Haven't recieved goods after 5 days but told I have to wait until 24th December before they can resend/refund! Absolute joke, going to have to buy elsewhere to ensure I have presents for Christmas!

Experience with TopCashvback was fine as I've come to expect. IWOOT though don't do customer service where you can speak to someone so I wont ever use them again.

Awful. Order placed on 14/12/12. Got an email on 21/12/12 telling me one of the items ordered was out of stock (no previously shown) so it was cancelled. They cancelled the entire order so I received nothing and was short of gifts at Christmas time. Their Email told me I had not been charged but I was charged for the full order and have still not been refunded (paypal). Their website claims all items were dispatched yet they emailed me to say no stock. No contact telephone number for them is provided. Awful experience, I'm now pursuing a paypal dispute. Avoid them like the plague!

Cashback never tracked although i went through topcashback as normal. Lodged a claim but came back saying 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Thanks for nothing!

Absolute rip off!! still chasing outstanding items after more than 3 months, so now we have passed 100 days can not claim for the missing cashback on the goods that I did receive.
Customer service is appalling will not use them again!

Cashback without problems. Excellent service. Product was great, although did turn up quicker than expected and in a box with 'I want one of those' all over it - it was supposed to be a surprise.
