Terrible retailer you are better off going through firebox, better cash back and better service. I ordered my item on the friday and the website said it wasn't going to be dispatched this month! I decided to contact the help team and they got back to me quickly yet nothing changed. Cancelled my order at 12.30, re-ordered with Firebox at 1.30 and it was dispatched that day. Overall do not use.

Not the highest level of cash back but I was buying from them anyway so might as well get something back. The items took quite a while to come, in fact I'd forgotten that I ordered them but it was part of the Christmas shopping and during the bad weather so not neccessarily their fault. Good website when looking for something different although a bit pricey so the cashback helps.

I was not impressed when going through the checkout on this site as at each stage of the process my P&P charges were calculated at £0.00 but only after the final submission did it tell me i was being charged P&P at £3.95. Once i checked my confirmation email i found i could cancel my order at any time prior to it being dispatched. I went through the process less than 10 minutes after placing my order and submitted my cancellation only to be emailed back 12 hours later to say my order couldn't be cancelled as it was now at the dispatch stage. However it then took a further 48 hours for my order to actually be dispatched! I was not impressed at all and felt quite ripped off both by the sneaky adding of P&P charges and then the 'seemingly' misleading information about order cancellations!!! On a more positive note, my order, when received, was of great quality and a very sucessful present for my father-in-law.

Pre-ordered an item with IWOOT back in September and over three months later have still failed to fulfill the order. Along with that, they've also "declined" the previously accepted, and too generous sounding, cashback.

Rubbish retailer .... sent wrong products .... no contact number on site to call .... found a contact number online, which when u call you get told to lodge issues through site .... although they do not get back to your emails ... would not recommend or use again

i bought 2 animal encounters amonth ago but they have only sent one. you cannot call them as the numbers dont work. they say its out of stock but it wasnt when i bought it. all they keep replying is" if theres anything i can help yu with" dont think i will ever my item. it also says valid for six months and the one i received was for 2 months waste of time

I have used this retailer in the past and had issues over delivery times, but this Christmas they are even worse. I bought three items, one arrived. I have sent two queries and received no replies. We are now less than a week of Christmas and I am going to have to give up on receiving my items before the big day. Very poor IWOOT.

great products but let me down on a purchase and only after I chased them 4 times.Now they have declined my cashback when they cancelled part of my order.Very unhappy at the moment.

Ordered last year for Xmas, told TCB that another merchant has been paid for my cash back.... refused to credit the 10% to me. will never shop there again!

The products turned up quickly enough. But two of them were defective and had to be sent back. Getting a refund was a nightmare. First they claimed they had not received the goods back (later on, someone let slip they had), so I had to send them proof of mailing (which they wanted me to mail! I said no and insisted on an email address to send to). I had to chase them constantly to try to get my refund. And the story changed all the time. Among the various stories I got was how they'd "paid" me, using a PayPal account that did not exist! Later, when I was chasing (yet) again, they said they would always check to see where the payment came from and refund to there. Not according to one of my previous discussions! It took me a month, plus a number of phone calls (all on a "pay-per-minute" 0845 number, I might add), to get my refund. Cashback rate is great, but I am still waiting for it to move into being allowed to collect it... three months since I made my purchase. I very much doubt I will be using this merchant again.

I have ordered from this retailer before but 2 months ago was terrible. Ordered 2 items which were supposed to be delivered within a few days. I waited a month and cancelled the order. Totally disappointed with the service and information I was supplied with.

Twice made purchases through topcashback, and twice it has been registered at zero. First time I made a manual claim and it was successful but took over 6 months to come through. Not TCB's fault, they were great. Can't be bothered to go through that again for £5, but I won't factor in cashback into any purchase I make with them in the future -- IWOOT often run big discounts anyway.

Ordered well before Christmas... some of the items came over the next week or so but the others came after New Year and only after numerous chase-ups when they arrived bi t by bit still! Still waiting for my cash-back after all this time and nothing seems to be getting done about it despite a good few 'nudges'! Several different boxes all with one item and plenty of fresh air - why not deliver in one box?

Cashback tracked quickly but over two weeks later I havent received teh item ordered, it was shown as in stock on the website but I have since been emailed saying it isnt and they are chasing their suppliers. They have already taken payment too. Cheeky!

My items never tracked, so filled out a missing cashback claim and got this message: The network agency has not identified ourselves as the last referral for your transaction. beware you not always going to get your cashback.
