Purchased an expensive Television and only went to Hughes because of cashback offered as could have ordered from other merchants. Hughes Direct have said they will not pay the cashback because they are saying another cashback site or voucher code was used....when it wasn't. Don't expect to get the cashback if you place an expensive order!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! They refuse to pay if you have used a price comparison site to check the best deals available. A corrupt manoeuvre on their part to save paying out. Had bought a very expensive miele hoover from them too.

Don't bother - I placed an order, which was subsquently cancelled 2 days later without notification. I have lost out on a Samsung cashback worth £50 due to their poor customer service. Will never use again.

Great, needed a new washing machine. Found one at a graet price with Hughes Direct. Delivered on time as promised. Good delivery updates from their couriers. Very pleased, and will use them again AAA+ - Chris Grindall
