Hughes have great prices and didnt have any problems. Cashback is a bonus so was cheapest price for washing machine I could get anywhwre.

Transaction tracked very quickly and item was shipped promptly however the cashback amount appears to be calculated based on the ex. VAT value of the goods ordered (excluding delivery). The retailer's website does not show my order under my account, either.

Just be wary that the discount codes on their website aren't compatible with cashback. I recently bought a new TV from here and found that the cashback had been disallowed, I emailed to ask why and the answer was because I'd used a discount code from their website.

Incorrect Payout
Bought a TV through Top Cashback with Hughes for £774. Only got cashback on £499.38. Top Cashback could not help. BUYER BEWARE!

Although happy with product, the cashback has been declined by Hughes...very disappointed. Was about to recommend you to a friend who wanted similar product but won't bother now. You have lost a sale.

Only half of the amount of cashback was recieved . This happens quite a lot . Rare you get the full amount and sometimes you don't get any.

Product arrived 24 hours early which was good but refused to pay cashback. Apparently I clicked through another site before ordering.
100% positive as I ordered it off a different PC going through topcashback and entering the product code in their own search box and placing the order.

Scammers. Tried to deliver a damaged fridge freezer twice and have double charged me and kept the payments for both orders and many communications have failed to resolve this issue. Second time they delivered they just dumped the damaged item on my property while I was out and I had a nightmare trying to get it collected. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, its not worth it to be scammed.

Very pleased with the product and the delivery, but cashback has been refused as they claim that topcashback were not the last referer. I clear cookies restart the browser and follow the sale through from this site without distraction, so I can only conclude that I've been scammed. Just glad it was only a few pounds and would not consider any large purchase in the future with any cashback in the calculation

Purchased a tv in December 2013. After a number if nudges, finally got this message from Top cash back as a quote from Hughes stating 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. That would be unlikely as I chose Hughes for the cashback and followed the link through to the site and who is this mysterious marketing channel? Disappointed and won't be using Hughes again.

Should have received £45.00 cashback on a television that was purchased but Hughes Direct decided to pay this saying there was either a voucher code used or another cashback site used, neither was the case so if you make a large value purchase don't expect to receive your cashback. I will never use Hughes Direct again!
