	I think the failings are in topcashback, as l needed to complaint. Top cash back, supposed to record every transaction but l have to complaint and keep contacting topcashback for my money to be paid. Every transcaction supposed to be their responsability not the customer keep asking for it

	Declined TWO valid transactions Clear from the other reviews, like in my experience, HSBC have no intention of honouring their offered deals.
