Dreadful; used to use them a lot but the cashback has plummeted and the customer service is non existent....get this for a response ! We understand that you do not agree with the information we presented and would like this to forwarded to a person with a higher position. However, we are unable to forward this, and anyone you interact with will only provide the same response.
